Moments after being introduced to Eminem’s manager and co-owner of Shady Records, Paul Rosenberg—who happened to be in attendance—I sat down with Action Bronson for an interview before his show at the Crofoot Ballroom in Detroit.
During our intimate and, at times, humorous conversation, I take the 27-year-old chef-turned-rapper of Albanian descent on a trip down memory lane, as we discuss particular souvenirs, injuries, and other obscurities of his past—and present.
“Is this a young Nardwuar over here?” proposes the Queens MC, grinning from ear to ear as I offer him a box of his favorite cereal, which he gladly accepts.
I was relieved to hear that despite a few minor bumps along the way, Bronsoliño did, in fact, enjoy our time together. “You do a good job,” he said, removing the blunt from his hand to give me knucks.
Hopefully you agree. Thanks for watching!
