When Radical Something’s “Be Easy” tour made a stop at The Loft in Lansing, Michigan, the care-free California trio—comprised of Loggy, Josh Cocktail, and DJ Big Red—welcomed me onto their bus before the show for an exclusive interview.

“Jeez, you know a lot, man. You’re digging deep,” said Josh, as I quizzed he the band about his jogging arrest, Big Red putting a note in E-40′s mailbox as a youngster, and, fittingly enough, Loggy’s high school fascination with his prized East Lansing t-shirt.

“How’d you know about that?” asked Cocktail, before Loggy chimed in and said, “He did his research, that’s how he knows.”

Following a show at Boston’s On the Verge, California collective Radical Something visits with KarmaloopTV correspondent Carissa Rossi at the office to speak about their “serendipitous” pairing. Afterward, they perform an acoustic rendition of their hit single “Be Easy,” which also happens to be the first song the group ever recorded together.
